When you sign up for online personal training we offer you the same education, instruction, and guidance you would recieve at the gym – except we offer it to you with a connection over the phone or through your computer. To make things more enticing, we offer rates that are much less than our competitors and a free introductory session. What have you got to lose?
Online personal training offers you the flexibility you always wanted with the same level of results. The difference is, you don’t have to leave your home to begin. A typical session will consist of;
  • Dynamic and static stretching,
  • A light warm up,
  • Targeted exercises that are designed with your goals in mind
  • Cool down
The total session lasts forty minutes. Join the crowds of people who I have been able to work with personally and let’s connect for a complimentary intro session.
