Ingredients:

  • 1 (6-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
  • 1 tablespoons low fat sour cream
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/3 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
  • salsa

Directions:
